Re: 30 Day Vignette and BRP

Hi sushdmehta, Thank you for the prompt reply and info, much appreciated. Yes, that does make sense. I was perhaps engaging fingers and hitting the panic button before giving it a bit of common sense thinking. We've just been through so much recently to try and get this visa that it seemed one ...

Re: Sponsorship Undertaking Form - SU07/12

Hi All,

This may or may not be a stupid question but...does the VAF4A form for a Spouse/Settlement visa application need to be printed double sided or single leaf?

Thanks.

Re: Sponsorship Undertaking Form - SU07/12

Thanks for the good wishes michali, however it looks like we won't be able to put in the application as my wife missed out on the required English A1 entry level by 6%. I just read the results just now. She was concerned about the listening part due to the recordings they had to listen to being very ...

Re: Sponsorship Undertaking Form - SU07/12

Thanks again michali for the great advice and info.
All my savings have been from my 6 years working in Angola so all through my job and I should be getting the official bank statements delivered next week from a colleague. I'll be sure to add the declaration though.

Cheers!

Hi michali, Thank you very much for that. I did not know that the registry document could be downloaded. Re: KET - English Language Test timeline

Thank you 85 East. It seems that we will have to wait that bit longer anyway. My wife also has to do the TB test and as she is pregnant, we will have to opt for the sputum test rather than the x-ray which means the results will not be available until after 8 weeks. I thought that the English exam ...

Re: Spouse/Family Visa Application within UK using Vistor Vi

I was also aware that payments would have to be made to the NHS if our child is born in the UK without my wife having the proper clearance. It might just be the only option we have given the circumstances but one that we will be prepared to do.

Regards,
Duncan

Re: Spouse/Family Visa Application within UK using Vistor Vi

Thank you both for the helpful links and advice. I'm one of those who, through past visa experience, likes to submit as much evidence as possible. I have emailed the International School in Luanda regarding the English exam for my wife, so a lot could depend on when/if that can be completed. I also ...
