Re: APPLYING FOR ILR BUT SPONSOR IS NOW WORKING PART TIME

Oh wow. Thank you for your swift response. I have been having sleepless nights because of this. Thank you so much! Just to clarify something, we still have to maintain £630 at least 3 months prior to his ILR application?

Hello Admin, Thank you so much for your reply. I am currently receiving NHS bursary and on part-time job (24 hours/week). When I apply for my husband for his ILR, is having a maintenance fund on our bank account enough? I am just worried that I am the "sponsor" and my dependant husband is earning ...

Hi

I also took exam from College of Excellence. Have you booked your new exam yet?

Is it going to be problem when we apply for ILR because our old certificate is no longer accepted?

Thanks

Re: What visa for dependants (after July 2012)

If you are applying for ILR based on Tier 2 and 5 years residence, the your dependent can remain on T2 dep and can continue to extend as Tier 2 dependent until he meets the 5 year residence requirement. So you mean, he can stay as tier 2 dependent even if I am ILR? What application form he needs to ...

What visa for dependants (after July 2012)

I will be applying for my ILR this coming June 2015. I am currently under Tier 2 (General). My husband is my dependant and he came to UK last January 2013, so it means he has to complete 5 years to be eligible for his own ILR. I switched emplyers so we both still got visa until Feb 2016. Since I ...

Re: Pregnant and sponsor licence revoked

They didn't go into details as it is a big company. I hope that I will receive the curtailment letter from HO after I give birth. But at the moment, is there anything I can do? Is it possible for a company to sponsor me and go for unpaid maternity leave for maybe 2-3 months until I give birth? Is it ...

Hi I am currently pregnant and found out that my current sponsor (Tier 2 rated A) licence had been revoked. I am not sure as to whether the HO will notify me of curtailed stay (60 days). My question is, can I possibly find a sponsor who is going to hire me? I am giving birth in 2 months time. I can ...
