This week has been really slow and only few approvals. Hope fully next week will bring more approvals as lot of us are waiting for some time now.

have just tried the number and its the same response as the 0845 number i had, an automated service saying they are experiencing a high volume of calls.....
Keep listening until the end of that message and then you will be given option to select.
