As I've mentioned previously that I've submitted application on 31st March 2011 , but tier 2 ICT visa granted on 10th April 2011 not before 6 April 2011. .. How i can eligible to switch to Tier 2 General according to below Immigration ...

The date of payment got debited on 31st of march 2011, and I've received the confirmation from UK Visa Application Centre Delhi, on same date 31st March 2011. But, under home office website it's clearly mentioned that "visa granted date after 6 April ...

Hi All, I've Applied for tier 2 (ICT) on 31st March 2011 from India , but visa has been granted on 10th April 2011. I'm living and working in UK now on Tier 2 (ICT). So, i'm just wondering whether i'm eligible to switch to Tier 2 General as I've applied for tier 2(ICT) visa on 31st March 2011 ...
