Had my appointment today - success. I submitted all 64 pages, don't know if it was necessary. Had to talked to several people: registration, submitting documents, biometric and pick up. The lady at the 2nd stage was quite unprofessional and unhelpful. Her English was bad (really? I mean REALLY?! Out ...
