Re: FLR(M) - Documents and Adequate Maintenance & Accommodat

If your qualify with your income alone, it's not important. Simply put 'job seeking' or something similar. Thank you again, Casa, really appreciate all your help! :) You're welcome. Re: FLR(M) - Documents and Adequate Maintenance & Accommodat

If there's only the two of you in the accommodation the lease should be fine. If you're using only your income to qualify, then you don't have to explain how your husband has been supporting himself. If you husband can't attend the PSC appointment with you he'll have to provide a letter explaining ...

Re: FLR(M) - Documents and Adequate Maintenance & Accommodat

If your earnings meet the £18,600, then you can use these alone to qualify. If your accommodation is shared with other tenants, you'll need a property inspection report to show it's not overcrowded. Or do you mean it's shared between just you and your husband? :? Yes, it's just my husband and I ...

Re: Complicated case, please help!

Did you include an employment letter with contact details in your application bundle? You can also email the home office (public.enquiries@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk) about the takeover. The case worker will pick up the email even although he/she is unlikely to reply back. Thank you kevb2014. I called ...

Re: Please advise! T2 sponsor merger

Thank you Manci.

After the takeover has taken place, the company will remain the same apart from having different shareholders, does it mean the company will still need to apply to a new licence?

Re: Please advise! T2 sponsor merger

Thank you for your quick reply, Manci. The sponsor is still willing to sponsor current migrant worker. When they say report in 20 days, when do they start counting the 20 days? When the takeover is announced? As company B is a foreign company, can they get a licence? Not much is going to change to ...

Re: Switch Tier 4 to Tier 2 - Online, supporting docs, urgen

You should make the online application ASAP.
The documents are required to be posted within 15 days after the application is made and fee is paid. As long as your application is made online and paid for before your current leave expires, you won't be classified as a overstayer.

Many thanks for your reply, Frontier Mole I haven't paid for the application yet, as unsure if there was a problem with the online application, emailed HO online E-support, but they advised that there wasn't any issue. I tried to select Student instead of Tier 4 Student as current permit, then there ...

Thanks again manci. Another question, I'm already working for my employer on my Tier 4, the Tier 4 expires on 30th Jan. If the new CoS will be allocated in time, I will send off my new application before 30th Jan, does that mean I have to stop working from 30th Jan until I receive my visa? Also ...

Re: Tier 2 refusal, please help.

Thank you manci.

Do you know roughly how long it will take for UKVI to respond to request to increase CoS allocation?

Is it necessary for adding a sponsor note with the new application to explain how my working hour will be reduced?

Many thanks in advance!

Tier 2 refusal, please help.

Hi All, Happy new year! My Tier 2 was refused because my employer entered 40 hours per week on the CoS application, however the job is listed as 39-hour working week. Therefore my salary fell under the minimal requirement. My current Tier 4 will expire on 30th Jan, 2015, so I still have time to make ...
