Can I register my child along with naturalisation application using MN1.

Childern were abroad but have been living with me and have valid leave to remain until feb,2016

I want to apply for naturalisation for me and my children . I have got ILR and my children and wife are still on PBS dependent Tier 2 ICT. Can I apply for children along with me ? or both parent should have ILR for children naturalisation ?
