Need some advice guys,
my 6months deadline finished on 6th of July, I mailed the EU treaty rights but they didn't replied, I have dropped a letter today stating that th deadline was 6th of July.

thats weird. never heard that they delay the process and extend temp. visa. some of the lads got thr 5yrs stamp few weeks ago.

Email them and ask them why they haven't processed your application and tell them if you don't get any reply or a decision within 10 days you will contact your solicitor and precede further with legal action.

The DOJ will take their time in processing the application. Now a days almost everybody gets thr decision on the last date of the application deadline. I applied on 6th jan. and hopefully will get a replay either on 6th July or a day after that. I though emailed them twice to know the status and ...

I started my application on 6th jan. and I am currently on stamp 4. I mailed them few days ago to know the status of my application and they quoted the deadline date which is 6 months from 6th jan. It happens rarely that might process your application before your deadline, they will take their time ...

Just a small query. I have applied for my Eufam Residence card 1 and got my 6 months temporary stamp. If I start a business can I employee my spouse within my business and show the job change in INIS department. what documents do I need? and is it ok if she works in my company?

Guys!
I submitted my application on 6th Jan and got my doscuments and stamp 4 visa letter on 3rd feb. So I guess I was bit lucky as it took less than a month for me.

I sent another mail asking my passport back and got this reply. I guess it will answer question why their are delays in giving first acknowledgement letter for stamp 4.
