Has anyone had experience with completing the new online form and then attending a premium service centre appointment?

If so, did you have evidence that was dated in between the online form submission and payment date and then the appointment date. Was this an issue?

Thanks very much for your advice. We just got scared that the online form we are printing out and taking with us on 17th May says application completed 20th April and that no evidence would be accepted after 20th April. So the fact that most of our evidence is dated between 20th April and 17th May ...
