no it does not mean your application refused. they hardly tell anyone about their result over the phone. Dont loose your heart, you should be all right . let us know about your outcome..best luck

you should get it on tuesday..if you have posted prepaid envelope then keep an eye on royalmail website

just an update from my side. i got my extension for another 4 years today.
application sent on 2nd may so it took around 8 working days. quite satisfactory.
Let me know if anyone need help in preparing documents for extension
