Thank you once again for your time. My mother in law is not studying, she is exercising the freedom of movement right as a worker. thanks for the response. My mother in law is British and was doing a freedom of movement case for her kids and husband through Ireland but her solicitor said that there is a new rule that the sponsor has to speak English in order to bring out non EU family. So i have no idea as to why he has said ...

I have heard that if ur sponsor is excersing the freedon of movemt right in ireland then they need to take an english test. Is this true?

Well he was part of this toeic test case and got an out of country appeal. But has know applied for frlo. And it has been rejected so he has applied for an appeal. So i was wondering how long it would be before they respond to him again.

He has got an out of country appeal. But has been advised to appeal the TOEIC test results. His solicitor has won a TOEIC test case already and has told him he has about 60% chance of winning. He is not married but I am.

He did his test in the UK. Not sure how much he paid though. Also he the ilets and scored a 7 in the speaking. I think thats what the test is called.

He went to a solicitor and they said he has a chance if he balmes the college and said he followed what they told him to do. Apparently this could keep him if he denise all knowledge and he has a chance of winning a JR.

Yeah i get that but can he not say he did the speaking and doesnt know how someone elses voice has been recoreded and blame it on the college.
