You cannot apply for PR, as you have not acquired a 5 years residence. The most you can hope for is Retention of Residence, which you can only acquire after divorce. thank obie....must it be exact 5 year or can 4 years and 3 month apply for PR? this year will make it 5 year we have been from 2010 ...
