Maintanance for Tier 1 General Dependent

hi
I would be getting married in May 2015 and my wife would be applying for Tier 1 g dependent. I would have to go India for marriage. I am in UK since Nov 2013 but have been to India couple of times. Will I.need to have £630 or £1890 as deposit? Basically will be considered as applying India or UK?
