GP says there is no charge and saw the patient and registered, how do we overcome this.


We saw a private consultant after GP and paid for his services

Since I never got the reply, for anyone who has the same question as me.
I did not fill section 3, on 3.9 just wrote that we have a British son.
For absences, I filled them all on extra sheet ( duration and calculated days ) with the application

Do i need to fill section 3, when we have a son who is a British citizen?
How should i fill in my absences if i have more
no of holidays than rows in the form?
Seperate sheet or add them in the space nelow table.

Is Case id and home office reference no same?

My last application letter has a Case Id but there is no Home Office Reference no on it. My question is are they same or can be used interchangeably?

This application was spouse visa extension and done in person at Croydon.
