GP says there is no charge and saw the patient and registered, how do we overcome this.

Application was successfully, re did the English test to be sure as was getting conflicting advice

Since I never got the reply, for anyone who has the same question as me.
I did not fill section 3, on 3.9 just wrote that we have a British son.
For absences, I filled them all on extra sheet ( duration and calculated days ) with the application
