Re: Canada vs UK. Which is better?

Are you sure about the need to drop one of the citizenships? I think both countries allow dual-citizenship. Coincidentally, a close friend, having lived for many years in the UK, is planning to relocate tothe west coast of Canada. (Victoria). His claim, after extensive research, is that the standard ...

Re: ILR Continoues Period Calculation

Re: T2 (General) - Creating Small company

Re: T2 (General) - Creating Small company

but if the company's main business purpose is selling (IT) consulting services to other UK companies shouldn't it be able to sponsor skilled immigrants to do that? (That's pretty much what large consulting companies like Tata do.) and if that is legitimate business why should it matter whether there ...

Re: T2 (General) - Creating Small company

I have essentially the same question. I am particularly interested in a response for this part: "(1) Can I or one of my friends register a "REAL and LEGITIMATE" company, apply for the sponsor license and sponsor me?" I have already established a Limited company. I have been doing "contracting" under ...

Re: Tier 2 General

Since the large Indian companies can do this .... I would like my own Ltd., founded in 2014, to provide "contractor"/consulting services to various UK companies. As a director/employee of the company I would like to be one of the consultants whose services are on offer. Could I (a) arrange for my ...
