Which question ? My first post I am applying for my wife's FLR(m), she has joined me in 19 Feb 2015 in UK on tier 1 general dependent and her visa is valid till 13 Aug 2015, been to almost all banks couldn't open bank account for her as primary requirement for opening account(joint) is 6 months ...

Could you please explain a bit more details why it doesn't require as in the form it is mentioned evidence is required to prove that both living on same address

My wife's Tier 1 general dependent valid from 03/12/2014 to 13/08/2015 but she came to UK last week of feb 2015.

the answer to vinny's question yes she has been granted visa over 6 months but from the time she arrived in uk to visa valid date its under 6 months
