Hi, I went to the UK on Friday returned on Sunday afternoon on my EUFAM. I travelled with aerlingus on my own and it was all fine, no problem at all.

Just want to say I got my temporary stamp acknowledgement today as extended family member unmarried partner, but its not for 6 months rather it is 9 month. Is this what is happening now or this is just a one off, please anyone with recent experience should share their experience.

it will be easier for you to travel to peru as a British citizen and I am sure getting married over in Peru will be a lot easier. once married, she can apply for an EU spouse visa to travel with or joining you in spain.
