Sorry to hear about refusal @anxiouslywaiting. My wife also did ket im just waiting for a phonecall I haven't got my hopes up though at all. Did you get a refund prior to collecting??

@ mysterious why do you assume 2 more weeks? I haven't heard anything since 22 October when I escalated and they told me it is processesd.....I reckon they have the passports they juat delay the call
Not heard anything yet. Processed email last week. Today my 60 days are up. I'm not sure whether to escalate again or wait for an email...just want it over and done with now!
salam mysterious I emailed them this morning they replied within hours. I actually think they make the decision fairly quickly but take a while to communicate that to you. Lots of dua now hope its good for all of us been v stressful period!
Salam Fiza really sorry to hear about your refusal. I've kept up with this saga and it seems UKVI are just refusing anyone with Cambridge test, contrary to their own policy. Although I was able to verify the results on our general verification site, your wife's results do not appear in the UKVI database. A photo was taken of your wife on the test day, but the centre failed to select the option to make that photo available to the UKVI on the UKVI Verification website ...
