Application date WRT documents

Hi, I've just submitted an application for FLR(M) on the online system, paid for the application and IHS and booked an appointment at Sopra Steria. As far as I can work out reading the various documents that the date of application with reference to the dating of your documents is the date you ...

Re: When to apply for FLR(M)

Nevermind, I found other posts that have clarified it's from 28 days before 30 months up to 28 days before the date on the BRP, as far as I understand.

Thanks again.

Re: When to apply for FLR(M)

Hi Casa,

Thanks for your quick reply. Does that mean you cannot apply in say April if you had been in the country for 30 months in March even though your BRP only expires in May? This is the part I'm unclear on.

Thanks,

When to apply for FLR(M)

Hi, I'm sorry to ask this, but I haven't been able to find a clear answer. I was given 33 months on my BRP. Do I apply for FLR(M) 28 days before my BRP expires on my Spouse Visa or do I apply 28 days before my 30 month anniversary of being in the country? I have assumed it's the date on the BRP, as ...

Re: British Citizen wishing to move to the UK with non EU ch

Thanks for your advice, I have told her about this route. I was just trying to see if she had any other options, as she has many family members(Grandmother, Aunts, cousins, sisters etc.) in the UK and would have liked to move directly to the UK if possible to be close to her family. Thanks again....

Re: British Citizen wishing to move to the UK with non EU ch

Thanks for the reply. It's not a me, it's a family member for whom I'm trying to find information. She is British Citizen by Decent. Both her parents were born in the UK. I've read this sole responsibility rule, but seems that it would be counter productive or difficult to prove considering what ...

British Citizen wishing to move to the UK with non EU child

Hi,

I can't seem to find any info on this.

A UK Citizen I know wishes to move to the UK with their non-EU child, with the intention of getting employment in the UK to satisfy the financial requirement to bring her non-EU spouse into the UK.

Is there a possible way of doing this?

Thanks,

DNASA
