Yes I have BRP for my ILR and that is the website where I get the form.

I sent to Home Office Leave to Reamain-NTL PO Box 502 Durham DH99 1WG and I use the Application for no time limit (NTL) and A biometric immigration document by someone who already has indefinite leave to enter or remain in the UK.
