Documents Translation - who is eligible to do it? does it need some authorised signature? if yes who is authorised?

I'm applying visit visa (6 months) my mother from India

I'm showing her property documents which is in Telugu language while applying visa.

I want to show translated documents while applying but not sure who can do the translation and how to do translation?

Kindly help me.
