Can you still travel when your naturalisation application is in process? Will it effect your application? As I'm planning of going to turkey for holiday for week.

Is a lawyer excepted as a professional referee for naturalization? Clearly stated on the list on page one of this topic. However they must have known you for 3 years and it cannot be the lawyer helping representing you for the application. Also cannot be related to you through blood or marriage. I ...

The question in the naturalisation form it ask are you EEA national or family member of one, do I click no for this as I'm Pakistani and married to British citizen.

Just an update - received the approval confirmation letter and invitation to register for the citizenship ceremony this week, so approx. 6-7 weeks. Pity the the next ceremony at the local council is in April, as I was looking to get things done and dusted! Thanks all for your time and info provided ...

Can someone please help I'm a Pakistani who is married to British citizen I have just received my indefinite leave biometric card how soon can I apply for naturalization?

On the naturalisation form it asks for 2 referees one I can use as teacher the other can it be a housewife with British passport?

Hi David I am applying for spouse visa extension Flr m , the initial visa was excepted back in November 2013 which the esol test certificate was used. I am going to apply for extension Flrm can I use the esol test again?? As I am confused people are saying no??

Croo1, thanks again U have been a great help :D anyone else care to answer the remaining big question can I still use my esol that was used for original successful application. It's just that I'm applying for the extension now after 2.5 years Flr m.

why wife needs to renew her spouse visa in febuary 2016 - she arrived here in nov 2013, she did the city guilds esol over in pakistan, so can she still use that or does she need to do the new selt test?
