Does tier 2 general 6 years rule apply to me

I got UK entry clearance in may 2011 on tier 4 student visa - From Feb 20th 2016 I am on tier 2 general Visa - Could you please some one help me whether tier 2 general 6 year rule apply in my case. If possible please refer to me policy guidance as well.

how many months payslips we need to submit to get ILR

Hi once we are in tier 2 general visa, how many months payslips we need to show before my ILR application date to prove that we are being annually at £35,500 to get ILR from 6th April 2018

Think ive worked this out - it all adds up if you pro rata my salary up to 39 hours per week. Is anyone able to confirm if SOC salary allocations are based on a 39 hour week? Yes you are but you have to be on 35000 per year on your last cos Hi Could you please let me know UK BA link (home office) to prove, we need to have 35000 per year for total of three years on tier 2 general visa ?
