Hi I light of the above, can I still assert that the reason why the application has been refused was that I did not complete 12 months from the WRS registration with the same employer I registered in 2009? I do have evidence I worked for that employer for more than 12 months, but yes - I had left ...

Attached is the letter sent to me just before the refusal letter. They make references to the WRS and the 12-months period. I replied and provided additional documentation in regards to my employment since 2009. Does this mean that essentially the fact that I did not work for the employer with whom ...

Thank you for your replies.

I applied for British Citizenship (AN1).

I attach a copy of the refusal letter.

Does the reason as outlined by Obie (thanks Obie) still stand?

Does this mean I will not be eligible to apply for PR until 2016 (abolishment of WRS + 5 years)?
