We just didn't want to take the risk to loose £321 and being rejected and pay the citizenship again. I asked about 5 lawyers and 4 of them adviced me to re-apply

Hi. Is there any time limit that I need to wait before I re-apply for citizenship? No, except if the HO banned you until certain date and they should have mentioned that when you were refused in the first place! also make sure you prove/add anything you were missing when you have applied the first ...

I have everything but I'm not sure if they are going to accept the reconsideration. If not thatn I loose £321 and I have to apply for citizenship again. That is what makes me thinking... I go to CAB today and see what they say Could you get a letter from your employer indicating your working hours ...

I got my PR card in 2014 and they want me to proof that I was in the country between then and now....
I don't know what to do. I can't think.

Hi, My application was refused because I didn't provide the documents they were asking. I had a stressful period at that time( I just gave birth before I got their letter) and I didn't read their letter properly, so I only sent my passport but not my P60s... Do I need to change my (blue) permanent residence card?

I haven't found answer in the FAQ so I'd like to ask about the new rules. Do I have to hol the new biometrci permanent residence card when I aplly for british citizenship or they still accept the old blue one? There are many changes have been made since yesterday and I'm a bit lost. Thank you
