Hi
I'm an ilr holder but my wife and 2 kids are still under pbs dependant visa. Both kids born outside uk. My question is can i claim child benefit while my kids are under immigration control. Is there any link that clarify this confusion.

Confusion about passport dates

Hi
My first passport expired on 10th july 2014 and new one was issued 20th aug 2014. Is there any possible issue with the gap period when i didn't have any valid passport for ilr purpose. I'm applying via 10 year long residence route.

The best option might be to apply flr fp private life and vary your application later on when you are eligible for ilr long residence. The only drawback is that You have to pay nhs surcharge.

Hi alialee2015 I'm also on tier 2 and I'll be eligible to apply ilr on 27 Jan. I came feb 2006 as a student. got psw and later changed into tier 2. As per guideline there is not paperwork needed for long residence application. I just wonder would you keep some other documents aside such as payslips ...

Hi As long as I understand from your post, you applied ILR on the basis of 10 years long residency basis.
