spouse visa, when to apply for settlement ILR online?

My spouse visa was valid from 1/5/2016 and I arrived in the UK on 1/6/2016. I renewed my spouse visa in 1/2020 and it will end in Sep this year. When is the earliest date that I am eligible to apply for the ILR? The government website says exact 5 years before I can apply. So this is 1/6/2021. But ...

Re: expiry date for the ILR which doesn't have an expiry dat

Thanks for your reply. This is exactly what I did. When I make the payment, it requires my expiry date of my ILR. I got my ILR 5 years ago and it was stamp on the passport without an expiry date. It is very different from the ILR nowadays which normally requires an update of photographs in 10 years ...

expiry date for the ILR which doesn't have an expiry date

my wife applied for a settlement visa. Before making the payment, the system asks for the expiry date of my ILR visa. I got my ILR years ago which doesn't have an expiry date. But the payment won't proceed without putting a date in. what can i do? thanks!

Yes. But I am preparing for a hardcopy of appendix 2 which is required in the submission portfolio in conjunction with the online application in China. Thanks!

Re: 2-year child application VAF4A to settle in

I chose N/A in clause 1.16 and it guided me to 1.18 which I click yes as he will live with me (permanently). But I am really confused in the following two clauses (1.19 & 1.20) which appear to be applicable for a spouse but not a child. Should I leave them alone? Thanks!

Sorry. I am using Appendix 2 (VAF4A) for my little one who is outside the UK. Have I got this wrong? Thanks!

2-year child application VAF4A to settle in

My 2-year old son is coming to join me in the UK and I am preparing for the VAF4A form on his behalf. I am following the form and it really confused me in clause 1.19. “Have you lived with your sponsor in a relationship akin to marriage or civil partnership at any time?” Should I say Yes and explain ...
