Thanks for your reply. I’ve always thought once I was over the 10 year free from immigration mark it would be easier (when they refused me last time they said I needed to reapply from January 2019).

update.. spoke to home office and they said i should have applied directly with the passport office since children were born after 1983

hi. yes i submitted their proof of ilr. funny thing is the letter does not mention anything else apart from that. I may have to call them as i dont understand what the next steps are for the kids

I have now received a letter confirming approval of my application. The HO replied few days after receiving my covering letter and supporting documents. Many thanks to those who took their time to try and help me. I have now booked my ceremony. Z Congrats. I sent mine 2 weeks ago. Still waiting ...

Thank you, they are asking for evidence from 2004 which my sister has destroyed most of it. not sure what to send or if i send a letter to say my sister doesn't have her bank statements anymore, will it help?
