As above the baby will automatically be British by descent* and you can apply directly for a passport. *This is the same as normal British citizenship (otherwise than by descent) with the sole difference being that if they go on to have children outside the UK, they will not automatically be ...

What if he is not British born? he's got naturalisation and consequently British passport back in 2005.
