What happens in the case where you have changed jobs in the course of the last six months prior to applying? Would both employments be considered and would I need to produce both employer letters?

Hello Manci,

Thank you for your prompt response. Could I also ask is I stop working as at the end of April 2022 and start the application of Sponsorship in May 2022 could I use all my previous earnings for the year towards the application? I currently work for £30,000 per annum gross.

I have received confirmation letter from the HO today that my application was successful and that the invitation letter should follow in 3 weeks.

Just for the benefit of others, I used the online service on 22 Dec and posted my supporting documents and got thru within 3 weeks. This seems much faster than the checking service with no added fee. I got my biometric letter as soon as I paid online printed it and registered my bio the next working ...

would the same rule aply to flr(FP) under the 10 year private life route? Not good situation for you unfortunately. You have broken your continuous residence in the UK by not applying with in 28 days of your visa expiry. If you are lucky they might use discretion which they are hardly using these ...

The thing is I wasn't aware of the 28 days rule and I was of the impression that as long as I don't overstay 6 months out the country that I would be fine. Would a Dr's letter from my county suffice for discretion and if I am refused how do I appeal?
