Re: Urgent! Please help!Job title and SoC code-TraineeAccoun

But since Jan 2015 belongs to last tax year, so I'm not sure if it should be fine with my case this year. I saw last year SoC code and found ...

Re: Please help with Transfer of unrestricted CoS

The request was on last Friday. But this weekend and next Monday is Easter Holiday. And I'm afraid that I could get the CoS on/after 6th of Apr then some rules would change. My visa expires on 9th of Apr by the way. Thanks

Please help with Transfer of unrestricted CoS

Hi all, Here is my situation: My company is waiting for a slot of CoS from Home Office and my visa expires very soon. In the worst case scenario, if I couldn't get that new CoS from Home Office on time, there is one employee who is currently on Tier 2 with the Company and he's leaving the company on ...

Is there RLMT exemption for student?

Hi, I've got enquiry regarding RLMT. I'm currently on Tier 4 student visa granted from a college but I was last granted tier 4 student visa from a UK recognised University for my master degree. I read from the government website that there are some exemptions from RLMT. One of them might relate to ...
