Student Visa from Nigeria

Hi,
Does anyone know how to obtain Student Visa from Nigeria.
Are they Particular about TOEFL?... I have studied in English all my life
Also, would they accept a Nigerian Notary Public sighting my documents? As a True copy?
How long does it take?

I am glad people are speaking up already against this unfair treatment.
I sent an email today and would send as many letters as necessary to all..
I however do not expect anything positive, i don't think they care.

1. The previous visas have nothing to do with hsmp. it is a different ball game entirely. my husbands application for hsmp was refused in spite of other visas. 2.I don't know why you wouldn't send originals. You'll save yourself time and energy. 3. the issue of an interview depends on the embassy ...

hi i've read your story and understand what you are going through. You do need help and support. You could look at the reasons for refusal and act in that line.E.G 1.Not giving documentary evidence of accommodation 2.Insufficent funds in the account 3.No payslips or low salary.Don't give up your job ...

You have nothing to worry about.
My husband's application was refused twice and stamped twice before he was eventually given a visa.
He was not questioned at Heathrow.

1. I don't think you could switch in Uk except you come back with a student visa.i.e nothing stops you from going back home to re-apply for student visa, that depends on the reasons for 1st refusal. however,it appears as if you have not been resident in nigeria fo some time now which would raise ...
