You can't 're-marry' in Morocco or Turkey as you are already legally married in Senegal. Also, marriage in Morocco is a long drawn out and complicated process for non residents. ...also, yes i plan to go the the town hall here and have all relating documents stamped: legalised, recognised etc... and everything officially translated to English and Spanish, as they are currently in french.

I'm obviously a little worried due to the Brexit situation, i am going to start the process ASAP but i have heard it could be some time until UK/EU immigration actually changes...any thoughts on that..?

I would have thought that obtaining a visitors visa would have been easy as I assume there is a clause that guarantees that she will leave the country before the expiration of the visa...?? ...can I assume from what you are saying that I would be difficult to get a visitor visa even for one or two months..?

At least with a short term visa we could visit my family...

My baby daughter's uk passport is in process...
