Thanks @seagul. I will send additional bank statements to Sheffield then.

Some posts say...don't send any additional documents to Sheffield until they write to you and ask. I am assuming in my case, I can still send bank statement even without them asking?

My spouse is applying from Philippines, and VFS website says that supporting documents can be sent to Sheffield BEFORE biometrics. I sent by Special delivery next day by 1pm. I bought my own envelopes from Tesco as Post office SD envelopes aren't that big..

Post office says that maximum weight allowed for A4 size documents is 750gm, but my packet to send to Sheffield PO box is 1.5 kg of A4 papers. How can I send this via Royal mail?

I looked at Parcelforce website and they don't deliver to PO box.

1) Appendix 2 is coloured form (blue), do I need to print in colour OR black&white ok?

2) Last 5 pages of Appendix 2 are guidance to fill the form. Do I need to include those 5 pages in my packet?

Sending documents to Sheffield

The address of Sheffield to send supporting documents for spouse visa is PO box address. Can I send the packet by ''Royal Mail Signed For'' to a PO Box address? There won't be anyone to sign at receiving end. Shall I then use Royal Mail 1st class normal for a PO Box address?

If B1 Life Skills test was used for spouse visa to UK, it gets expired after 2 years. Can that expired B1 test still be used for spouse visa extension from within the UK? Gov.uk website says expired B1 can be used for ILR, but doesn't say anything about visa extensions.
