Re: ILR application for Child under 18

Any moderators can you please help on this?

My Child application was refused in the past as I had made similar silly mistake and don't want to take any risk now.

Can you please spare 2 minutes of your time.

Thanks in advance.

I should include Mine details who is British Citizen OR my Wife's who is on ILR now.

Can you please confirm?

Thanks.

Re: ILR application for Child under 18

Thanks CR001 for the quick response.

The question is:
Do you or anyone else who is part of this application receive any public funds?

Here Child is the applicant and I am the parent who is claiming the Child benefit.

Re: Which form do I use?

Hi Geriatrix, Thanks for your quick response. It's clear now. I was the PBS Migrant before my ILR and my wife is still on PBS Dependant migrant and therefore the Main Applicant section refers to my details. Re: Which form do I use?

Hi CR001, Many thanks on this. Really this form is so confusing. There is NO separate section for Sponsor details and therefore I am assuming Main Applicant is Parent. Re: Which form do I use?

Hi CR001, I am sorry, you haven't got my question. You said in earlier thread that 4. Main applicant is the child. Only the child is applying. My question is, if Child is Main Applicant, all the below questions are still related to Child and not the Sponsor/Parent? Also, for following question, can ...
