Well i paused the application till i get proper answers, then when i tried to do it , it ask me to refill it and upon refilling the application it didnt ask for parents documents so its all good now, they need just my naturalisation and passports….

Yeah I don’t have any ccj or insolvency.... it’s just debts around £30K and I have been paying £400 a month since 2019 to clear them off. So I don’t need to mention any of this right ? Just provide the documents they requested at biometric centre.

I do not have any ccj, however I have 4 default accounts which i have been paying them every month. I had 6 default , 2 of them paid off now remaining 4 is been paying every month. TB certificate EXPIRING

As you all know TB certificate is valid for 6 months only, i like to know what will happen if my wife visa is still on pending and the TB certificate expired ? I asked the solicitor and he says its not needed now. I want to ask all others who had same situation and went through the process please.

My solicitor was quite surprised to see the email as well, but he will be submitting the confirming letter tomorrow. Hopefully that will be it and they dont ask for further details as it would take lot longer to process the application :( i want to bring my wife as soon as possible.

Yes i have submitted 12 months payslips and obviously theres slight variation of salary coz i changed the employment. However i can still provide all requested documents, just want to find out if this is normal ? if someone change employment they submit previous employment letter with docs ?
