Re: Eligibility for Schenegen visa

You can apply for Schengen visa which shouldn't be a problem. However, they might ask you the reason for the Canadian inadmissible reason and when it happened. Btw, Schengen visa is not expensive. Yes, you've to list the last visited countries but not for every embassy. Check few embassies ...

Re: Eligibility for Schenegen visa

your message is not clear buddy and let me get this straight. You're an Indian Citizen living in India. Your Missus is an Indian Citizen working in Canada (has got a Canadian work permit). You cannot travel to Canada due to lack of visa (banned and cannot apply anytime sooner) and therefore you both ...

Re: Tourist Schengen Visa for Tourists

The guys at the visa centre are really experienced with these things. If they are telling you in good faith you will be refused, I wouldn't attempt if I were you. They see acceptance and refusal day in day out and if they judged you won't get it, there is no point trying. Because next time, you ...

Re: Work in Europe

Hi, I am on UK Tier 1 Entreprenuer visa. I need to visit EU to work for a week as my UK based client has their site in EU countries. As I invoice my client within UK I only have to visit their EU sites occasionally. Is this permissible or would I need any work authorization!? As long as you attend ...

Re: Schengen visa for NON-EU with EU Sponsor

Basically, my simple question is can my missus get a Schengen visa (longer than 6 months or upto 5yrs) if a friend of ours sponsor her who is a Dutch citizen. Theoretically she can. However there are number of factors that need to be considered. The usual are employment, insurance, country of ...

Perhaps they are factoring in Brexit on 31st January.
I agree if its EU Dependant but she applied for normal Schengen Tourist visa just like any other non-eu people by submitting all her payslips, documents, return trip details and paid the fee.

Re: Schengen visa for NON-EU with EU Sponsor

I was looking for similar information for a friend of mine: https://france-visas.gouv.fr/en_US/web/france-visas/long-stay-visa France seems to have a Long Stay Visa that lasts from 90 day to 1 year with a limit of no more than 90 days stay within 180 days. Sometimes they call it "Visa Type D". I ...

Re: Spanish Schengen Visa Fees

So you're applying for a Schengen visa for your wife (non-eu) to Spain embassy and there are two ways to apply for the visa. Tourist - which you pay the actual fee £70 + £29.40 service fee - https://uk.blsspainvisa.com/london/tourist_type_visa.php EU Dependant - No fee but the service charge is £13. ...

Re: Multiple entry shengen visa

Yes, Spanish/Italian and most of the embassies are stingy offering the length of visa. They typically give for the exact number of days with single entry. France and Netherlands are known for generousness but not if that has been changed. If I were you, I would apply for French visa by booking in ...

Re: EU Dependant Schengen Visa (Czech Embassy)

Due to EU Dependant type of visa. She does not hold an 'EU Dependent visa'. She holds ILR. What if she has applied for a normal tourist visa? Looks like France is the only country which grants lengthy span of Schengen visas? A Schengen visa IS a 'tourist visa'. I think OP means that his wife ...

Re: VISITOR VISA - MULTIPLE ENTRY

They cannot spend more time in the UK in a 12 month period than they spend in their home country, ie 180 days per 12 months. You cannot use the visa to circumvent the immigration rules to live/reside in the UK. They risk being denied entry and their visa being cancelled. How does this work in the ...
