Thanks for the replies. Do we need to wait for the new card before we apply for the EU3?

Hi all, I'm a British citizen and my wife is Brazilian. She had an EU fam stamp 4 which has now expired. (we forgot when it was due to expire)
What would our next move now be as I'm no longer classed as a European citizen.
Any information would be appreciated.

Hi I am a British citizen born in Northern Ireland but living in the Republic. My wife is Brazilian and our kids were born in Brazil.
We visit the North 2 or 3 times a month and was wondering if I can apply for my kids UK passports while in Belfast as opposed to applying from the South.

Yes before we were married but then we moved to Brazil for six years, and then came to Ireland last year.

In what way do think we could qualify under SS?

HI Obie, yes I worked in Northern Ireland all my life. I just called the immigrant Council Ireland and then emailed them a copy of the letter. The guy said he thinks they have made a big big mistake and he is going to show it to their solicitors.
