I did, that's the stuff we submitted when we sent the application off. I wasn't sure if it was the same stuff needed for the temporary application or not. I guess it can't hurt just to take all the same stuff again.

Hi All, My wife applied for the temporary via to join me as a spouse of an EU citizen in Ireland. She got it and is now here. We sent the documents off to get the perm visa and have made an appointment with the inis to get the temp extension whilst the perm visa decision is made. We haven't heard ...

@topcat or anyone. My wife was theogdens. We got our visa today so around 18/19 months wait from application. I hope you don't have to wait that long, or anyone.

Wait however long it takes. My wife applied in July 2015 so 11 months before you and we're still waiting.

Contacting a lawyer will do nothing other than cost you money at he moment.

My wife applied on the 1st of Augst, 2015. No third party, not even from the indian sub continent and we're still waiting. Just be patient, it'll happen.
