So PR confirmation is advisable for children. If you have strong evidence you could simply submit all evidence in MN1 application. (Cards are not specified as mandatory - just proif of settled status). If not sure then get PR cards first as risk to application fee is less. Wife can apply to ...

Where were children born? If sponsor is British they can't sponsor children under EU rules so make sure of their PR status first. Thanks for your comments.Children were born abroad. PR for children help with application!

Hi, I am EEA national with Permanence residence issued in 2011 but at the time I applied my children were not in the country for 5 years.I have to apply now for PR for them but a bit confused about current permanent residence form !

I would play safe and apply for PR confirmation as you have all the proof. It's a lot of money in the game. I am almost the same situation as you.
