I have TIER2 ICT long term visa and my employment was cancelled before COS expiry and visa expiration date.
Now I have come back to home country.

My wife has got TIER2 ICT work sponsorship now. Can I apply as TIER2 ICT long term "dependent" Visa, before 12 month cooling off period ?

Hi I have TIER2 ICT long term visa but the COS for the same was cancelled in one month thus I cut short my visit.

Can I now apply for fresh tier2 ICT short term Visa without 12 month cooling period?
