I'll have to do some more digging around online. I'd be joining a business with 4 other equal partners. Right now they make a decent salary and the biz is thriving. Which makes for a good opportunity, but a bit tricky with a Visa.

I guess the alternative would be to do a Director's Loan for the full amount and have it paid back in something like two years. Rent for two, see how the market reacts to Brexit, then buy.

I have access to the full 200K, more than that actually, but was wanting to put some money down and purchase a home when I arrive. The business doesn't need an influx of cash to grow, so I was looking for ways to meet the visa requirements, but not have everything tied up in it.
