There is no fixed template for drafting these letters but based on common sense they should precisely give the all key information. By the way why don't your bank & employer draft such letters at their own

HO will write to you to enrol your biometrics, no need to do before you send the application. The letter will have a barcode that the post office scans when you go to do it. You will be given 15 days to enrol them.
