Mate, it is a total waste of time to wait for any email or SMS from either UKVI or VFS. As you said the decision was made, I would suggest you to start tracking your passport on bluedart (if you have opted for courier service). Also, I had submitted original NARIC certificates to VFS staff but mistakenly submitted the photo copy of my Degree certificate and Mark sheets along with this, will this impact on the visa decision??

IELTS Score with required CEFR Band should be more than sufficient.
Either IELTS or UK NARIC certificate is mandatory for we INDIANS :)
