Re: Help with Job Creation for ILR

As per my my understanding of the guidance. Anything below 120 hrs per month is not considered FT. The over spill of hours can’t be added to make up the 119.84 to 120hrs But then I’m not ur caseworker. How did you calculate the 119.84 hours? What was the salary paid and what is the wage rate? Sa ...

Re: Acceptable Evidence for "Settled Status" for Tier 1 E Applications

Unless you provide the required documents, it will not be acceptable. You need to prove they are settled here with the documents required. NI number or P60 is not acceptable But they both have their countries' National Identity Cards in addition to the P60 and NI Number. Do you mean that these are ...

Re: Acceptable Evidence for "Settled Status" for Tier 1 E Applications

You need to read that properly. It is ANY ONE of the evidence from the list. The (i) clearly says for an EEA citizen a passport page copy is enough and acceptable. So you either send the passport copy OR a copy of their PR car Is National Identity Card of an EEA citizen enough settled-status worker ...

Re: The fate of my Dependants after my ILR (LR)

The problem is that by November 2017 when their current visa will expire, they will still need extra 8 to qualify for 10 year route even though I, the principal, must have achiieved my 10 year by September 2017. If you apply for ILR based on Tier 1 and 5 years residence, they can extend their visas ...

Re: The fate of my Dependants after my ILR (LR)

Thanks for your prompt response. If one chooses to ignore the 5-year in favour of the 10-year route, how will that affect my dependants 10-year ILR route? And if negative, any possible mitigation(s)? It won't. If they qualify for ILR based on long residence, then they can apply. This will be ...
