Yes that i clearly understand, but my present employer has applied for RCOS, soon as and if i get approved, i will go to apply for tier2 from home country.

Hi guyz!! got response from HR,

50pts, non-nhs, non-sol refused.
Will re-apply for July.

Setting a time space till september, hopefully before then there will be some approval.

Hi all,

applied for RcoS no response till date

Not sure my point, but this is me as below

IT Worker (Developer)
Salary: 54k
Education: Up to MSc
MSc in a uk uni

from point calculation, looks like im on 55pts

Any one got some ideas why this is taking long ?
