Re: Quick review of docs being sent to Sheffield..

Nope, We decided not to as by reading all stuff on here and other boards, decided it wouldn't be worth the extra money as there is no real guarantee. Good luck with your application. Keep us posted.

Re: Quick review of docs being sent to Sheffield..

1) The Sponsorship undertaking form is not required for a Spouse Visa 2) Yes you need to include, passport pics, apparently only 1 but I included 2. I put them in a small envelope (so they wouldn't get lost) and attached to application form with a paperclip. 3) You mention Chatlogs from WhatsApp ...

Re: Online Visa Application form

The application form you complete online and then print off.

The applicant takes a signed copy to his Biometric appointment (which he has done)
I (the Sponsor) have to include a copy of the form in my bundle I sent to Sheffield.

Online Visa Application form

He has already couriered me all other information.

This whole process seems so tedious. I applied on behalf of my spouse, does that makes a difference? Shall I ask him to sign and scan the forms to me? surely that will be quicker?

Online Visa Application form

I am the Sponsor and will be sending all the documents from the UK to Sheffield.

I understand that I am submitting the printout of the online application form. Obviously my spouse is not with me so I cant get him to sign it. Do I just submit the form without it being signed?
