Your older children are over 18 and have to meet the adult requirements, which includes holding ILR for 12 months. How old they were when they came to the UK is completely irrelevant. They are adults now. Your spouse must meet the 3 year residence and absence requirements if you are British ...

Regarding children over 18 while filling up the online form "it did not ask any question about their life in the UK test or Level of English". Am I missing something?
