NHS Treatment about to make spousal application

Me and my wife (Brazilian National) are planning to make a spousal visa application in the next 6 weeks. However last week she crushed her hand in the door and needed a surgery to fix it. She originally came to the uk on a visitor visa 3 years ago. She received a letter from the NHS asking her to ...

Re: Paysilps dont match transactions!

Are you salaried or Non salaried? if you are salaried then it will be a problem as the Eco takes the lowest wage to calculate your salary. if you are non salaried it seems like you will be fine as the Eco will calculate an average of your monthly wage to work out an annual equivalent by using the ...

They will take the net pay on the payslip as opposed to the gross if the bank account does not reflect the net pay.
So its not an issue then? As I have read other posts saying it is a big issue...

Paysilps dont match transactions!

My girlfriend is applying for spousal visa after we get married in Portugal in march. My one of my two employers pays me weekly however none of the last 4 months of payslips match the transitions. 3 of the months he has over payed me and 1 month he has under payed me. This has led to him overpaying ...

Entering the UK after cancelling appeal

I'm a Brazilian in the UK. I applied for EEA family member and got rejected twice but sent an appeal which has a court date for 5th of March. If I was to leave UK now and go back to Portugal, would that cancel my appeal? And would I be allowed back into the UK again after the 5th of March to visit ...

Re: Marrying Brazilian girlfriend

This is what is confusing me.... The Statement of Change, released on 20th January 2017, makes the following changes to the Appendix FM-SE of the immigration rules. An immigration official deciding on an application (known as the decision-maker) for a UK spouse visa may now consider third-party ...

Re: Marrying Brazilian girlfriend

Where is her mother now? UK? Anyway, my advice is for her to return to Brazil, wait the six months till you qualify, and take it from there - clean slate, all legal, no comebacks. Third party support isn't allowed.... Yes, however she is leaving back to Brazil soon. Could you provide more detail ...

Previous re ...

Re: Marrying Brazilian girlfriend

What are the UK Immigration rules we need to follow in order to gain a Visa for my Brazilian girlfriend? And as she has been reject for a residency card twice before, will this reduce her chances of a marriage visa being granted?
