Re: ILR - 180 day rule for Tier2 dependent (under 18)

Thanks for your reply, much appreciated.

Why didn't you apply together ?! - because I did not had the budget to apply for everyone.

I hope it would not be a problem applying alone for my daughter.

Thanks

ILR - 180 day rule for Tier2 dependent (under 18)

Hello, I hope everyone is fine during this critical time. I'm applying ILR for my daughter who is 10 years old. In the application form, it did not ask any information about the days of absence outside UK. Does the Tier 2 dependent (under 18) do not need to satisfy the 180 days rule?. Thanks in ...

Re: Tier 2 visa, help required in tracking the application

I haven't received any information yet :( so I canceled the trip.

I have moved house last Friday, is there a way to inform UKVI about the change of address so that in case they want to send a letter regarding the delay they can send to my new address.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Tier 2 visa, help required in tracking the application

The reason why I booked online is that last time I applied I got it in a month. I thought it would be the same case but I was wrong.

Thanks for your reply I will wait patiently.

Re: Tier 2 visa, help required in tracking the application

Thanks for your reply.

Since it is more than a month now, looks like my case is not straight forward. Is there any way to track it or any idea how long it's gone take. So that I can cancel my trip.
